The West Midlands Supported Housing Network invites you to their meeting where four Networks within the region will come together to meet and discuss Care and Supported Housing issues.

This event is organised by the West Midlands Supported Housing Network (supported and facilitated by RAWM) and sponsored by Support Solutions. 

The event will look at the effect of changes in housing benfits to the housing sector in the West Midlands and how the West Midlands Supported Housing Network (WMSHN) will tackle related issues. You are invited to hear:-

• Michael Patterson (Director) and Danny Key (Senior Revenue Consultant), Support Solutions

The format for the day:
9.30am:                            Arrive and have coffee
10.00am to 1.00pm:        Strategic Briefing & Key speeches
1.00pm to 1.45pm:          Lunch break (lunch is provided)
1.45pm to 3.30pm:          Individual Network meetings

The West Midlands Supported Housing Network consists of the following networks:

• West Midlands NHF Care and Support Group
• West Midlands Foyer Federation Regional Network
• West Midlands Voluntary and Community Sector Housing Network
• West Midlands Supporting People Chairs Forum

Our aim is to offer:

• A joint strategic approach to managing the supported housing networks of the West Midlands
• A place for support, insight, challenge and ideas for the West Midlands supported housing sector
• A place for discussion, debate & action on issues relating to care and supported housing
• Focussed (issue, group and theme based) network meetings which feed into the central forum
• A coordinated place for ongoing conversations with the national and regional policy makers
